Our Team

Lincoln graduated with combined Nurse Practitioner/Masters of Nursing from Athabasca University in April 2014 in the Family/All Ages program and has recently finished his degree in Pain Management. Lincoln has extensive knowledge and experience working in multiple settings, including Family Practice, Primary Care Network, Seniors Care and Cannabis.

Lincoln will be overseeing a new program for the Medical Clinics at SouthPointe as our Veteran Care Specialist.

He has a strong interest in helping Veterans and First Responders manage chronic pain, is an active member of the Pain Society of Alberta, and has completed the Advanced Pain Certification from the Faculty of Rehabilitation at the University of Alberta. In his spare time he likes to ride his motorcycle, read, watch movies, and spend time with his wife, 2 adult children and his 3 grandchildren.

Nicole has been a member of our team and this community for 11 years. Patients, and her team members, are always left with a positive outlook and a smile on their face. Nicole is compassionate, understanding, and knowledgeable in her field.

Nicole is a member of our PCN and focuses on women’s health, pre-natal & post-natal care and assists all of our physicians with their patient care. She also provides care within our Women’s Health program!

In her spare time, Nicole can be found outdoors with her family or in the kitchen working on her passion, which is cooking.

Dr. Guzik has been a practicing physician in the Saskatchewan area for over a decade. She has a family practice here at the clinic and is loved by her patients. Unfortunately, Dr. Guzik is not accepting new patients as she wants to ensure that her patients are well looked after and cared for. However, she is providing care within the Women’s Health program!

Dr. Guzik runs a PAP clinic once a month which allows for any female in our community to book a PAP directly with her.

During her down time, Dr. Guzik can be found outdoors with her husband who serves with the US Military.

Dr. Antoniuk has been the clinic's walk-in physician for more than a decade. He loves to assist patients with their health and well-being, and usually sees patients when they are feeling their worst. He has a unique ability to make patients feel better before they even leave our clinic as his fun-loving and compassionate personality shines through when you speak with him.

Dr. Antoniuk can be found in the clinic Monday thru Fridays playing practical jokes on his colleagues and of course seeing his patients.

He enjoys spending time with his young family, travelling, playing volleyball or eating food (he prefers the cooking of others to his own).

Dr. Eyo has his family practice here at the medical clinic and assists at the Fort Saskatchewan Hospital. He has a keen interest in dermatology and emergency medicine.

He is dedicated to his continuing education, his patients, and to his community. His patients and his team find Dr. Eyo to be genuine, calm, caring and knowledgeable. He is a great addition to the community.

In his spare time, Dr. Eyo can be found out on his motorcycle or hanging out with his family.

Dr. Nicole Perkes runs our women’s wellness clinic once a week.

She is a fun-loving, compassionate and humorous individual who is dedicated to the females of this community - ensuring that all female-related questions or concerns can be addressed with a trusted, educated and empathetic physician.

Dr. Perkes can be seen with a referral from your family physician or from one of our trusted practitioners. She also provides care within our Women’s Health program!

When not working, Dr. Perkes enjoys reading, yoga, being outdoors and spending time with her family.

Dr. Farooq is a general surgeon who has served this area for over 15 years. 
He is a highly recommended and respected surgeon in our community and beyond. Dr. Farooq always goes out of his way to ensure that everyone around him is happy, healthy and enjoying their days. Should you require a general surgeon, your family physician can send a referral and Dr. Farooq’s team will reach out to you for further care. 
Dr. Farooq loves to spend his free time with his family, travelling and enjoying life. 



Dr. Roob works limited hours in our clinic, seeing his family practice patients. He has been a part of this community for more than 30 years. He is a well-established and respected physician with a lifetime of experience working in family and emergency medicine. 
 His presence in the clinic is always noted by his team and he is someone that everyone here looks up to. 
Every winter you will find Dr. Roob out on the ski slopes. There is no one more important to him than his wife of 50 years.
